We all know who the formidable threat of unmanned operations in the battlespace is. They operate out of the communist party on the Asian continent. Take a ‘swag’ at it! (scientific wild ass guess). They’ve been watching us for quite some time.
It’s not just warfare, we’re talking about. It’s something that permeates; because it starts with the warfighters. Let’s explain a bit further; we believe that concepts such as leadership, advanced technologies, social media psyops, and intrusive systems for everyone stateside; starts with the military. Then it trickles down into first responders and corporate America. Now here’s an example: If the military is using Silvus Technologies for communications and MIMO intelligence networks it’s only a matter of time until your local fire or law enforcement department adopts the mindset and concept, once they see the importance. Of course, that will come with some time and type of DHS grant. (Everyone plays broke or woke!). The objective is to never be complacent or asleep in the first place. While the US focuses on elaborate machine giants, we have a serious problem with developing small sensors of our own. C5ISRT hasn’t been championed like it should’ve been back in the mid 90’s after the cold war. We’re behind plain and simple! The warfighter has everything they need but small gadgets that are state of the art at their job site. We need to get back to playing with legos. Those legos are now development boards, SDR kits, pen-testing devices, and drones whether UAV’s or UGV’s. We believe every soldier should have a drone, every fire engine should have a drone they’ve either created with applicable sensors needed for the job or serves in the capacity of C5ISRT. ATAK should be employed as a situational awareness tool. Small gadgets, drones, and machines shall have sensors NOT created by our adversary. While we were focused on random drama as a country, they were building!
In closing… It’s surveillance, it’s survivability, it’s interoperability, it’s national security. There has to be a refocus in intelligence for the singular operator to have the skills needed to build and create something from scratch. A person who is well versed in tech as well as survival. Without comms or devices that are on the same network or can at least communicate with one another, we have nothing.
Solution 1
We as a country invite anyone and everyone to build unmanned machines.
Solution 2
We champion those who want to teach.
Solution 3
We shouldn’t gatekeep. There should be competitions everywhere. We’ve played the SBIR and grant game we saw the end state of a few competitions. Let’s just say it was the weakest showing of innovation we had ever seen.
